As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring a warm welcome to clients and visitors. You will also be handling all company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages. In addition, you will be assisting with bookkeeping, including invoicing, and organizing meetings and scheduling appointments.

You will be working closely with our client to ensure the smooth operation of their office, performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial, and legal information. You will also be processing orders, returned goods, and recording aid with internal audits.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office experience or similar role background to join our team as an Office Administrator. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your exceptional prioritization skills and ability to multitask. You will be required to possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong IT skills, and be familiar with working with databases.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to work independently, and have experience with Sage 200. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is looking for a challenging role, please apply.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £26,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Essential Criteria:
  • Previous office experience or experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Order processing preferably from email
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exemplary prioritisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills and be familiar with working with databases
