Administrative Support Professional
At Fieldfisher, we're seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our dynamic Belfast Support Hub. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support.
As an integral part of our Practice Administration team, you will provide vital administrative support across all Practice Groups and Business Services in the UK. Your primary responsibilities will include processing expenses, invoices, and payments received, ensuring that the correct charge codes are used and follow-up action taken where appropriate.
Additional duties will include preparation of client registration documents, engagement/assignments letters, conflict checks, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) activities. You will also be responsible for raising billing guides and assisting with the billing process, as well as conducting property searches using the Land Registry portal and utility searches using electronic search agents.
To succeed in this role, you should have gained experience in an office setting as an administrator or customer service representative. Good IT skills, particularly proficiency in Word and Outlook, are essential, along with good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively at all levels across the business.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
