Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at New Resource Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the preparation of quotes and proposals.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Promote safety couplings in Marine, LNG, and Petrochemical markets.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers to optimize business performance.
- $120,000 - $180,000 per annum salary range.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar sales role.
- Skills:
- Motivated and eager to grow within emerging markets.
- Knowledge of the oil & gas and energy sectors.
- Experience with international markets and willingness to travel regularly.
- Strong business and market analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong ethics, initiative, and teamwork.
- Proficient in MS Office and MRP (D365) systems.
