Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing sales opportunities in assigned territories. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to optimize business performance, gather customer feedback, and contribute to marketing plans and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop sales opportunities in assigned territories
- Support the preparation of quotes and proposals
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Promote safety couplings in Marine, LNG, and Petrochemical markets
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers to optimize business performance
- Gather customer feedback to improve service and identify new opportunities
- Contribute to marketing plans and strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Report on performance and opportunities to the Sales Director
- Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar sales role
- Skills:
- Motivated and eager to grow within emerging markets
- Knowledge of the oil & gas and energy sectors
- Experience with international markets and willingness to travel regularly
- Strong business and market analysis skills
- Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
- Strong ethics, initiative, and teamwork
- Proficient in MS Office and MRP (D365) systems
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
