Learning and Development Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people. As a teacher with a focus on social, emotional, and mental health needs, you will play a crucial part in helping children aged 7-16 reach their full potential.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across subjects, including Maths and English, to small classes of up to eight students. This role requires patience, empathy, and a willingness to adapt to the individual needs of each child.
Requirements and Qualifications- Qualified or experienced teacher holding QTS/QTLS or relevant teaching experience
- Professional or personal experience working with vulnerable children, including those with additional needs or challenging behaviors
- A passion for creating interactive and therapeutic lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
