Child Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Early Years Apprentice to join our team at Bright Horizons Teddies Woking Day Nursery.

As a Child Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with children from birth to 5 years old, supporting their learning and development through play-based activities and interactions.

You will be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality care and education to our children, promoting their overall well-being and happiness.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the daily routine of the nursery, including meal times, sleeping times, and outdoor activities
  • Engaging in interactive play with children, encouraging their learning and development
  • Communicating with parents about their child's progress and sharing information about their daily activities
  • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
