The key responsibilities of this role include:
Recording and processing transactions via data entry into the ledger, ensuring they are correctly coded and posted to the right account.
Maintaining the aged creditor account and chasing up late payments.
Maintaining records and ledgers.
Reconciling client accounts and bank at the end of each month.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working in a busy finance environment, meeting targets and deadlines, and possessing a keen attention to detail. Experience of working with accounting software, such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks, is also essential.
