Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Evans Taylor. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and driving business growth through strategic financial planning and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance function in a highly commercial environment, driving business growth through strategic financial planning and management.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives, including management of costs, income generation, capital spend, and growth investments.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive business performance and achieve top-line business objectives.
  • Implement digital transformation initiatives to improve financial management and decision-making, including the use of data analytics and digital tools.
  • Develop and champion effective change management initiatives to drive sustainable business improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of innovation and contribution to profit improvement in a dynamic manufacturing or outsourced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in driving performance in private or PE-backed businesses, with experience in M&A, investor relationship management, and exit processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in digital transformation and change management, with a deep understanding of finance transformation.
  • Dynamic, progressive, and influential leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £150k to £180k per annum, plus STIP and LTIP, and a range of benefits.

The role is based in Dartford, with a hybrid/home working arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
