About Our Client

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join their team.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for one business entity.
  • Support management accounts related to one key business entity.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
  • Handle ledgers and daily transactions for the Purchase Ledger.
  • Monitor financial transactions and reports.
  • Implement and adhere to the company's or department's financial policies and procedures.
  • Attend finance department and company-wide meetings, assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives.
  • Communicate with the team to manage and coordinate accounting functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Operations Specialist should have:

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices.
  • Proficiency in necessary technology, including Microsoft Office, databases, and software (good level of Excel ability).
