Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our non-profit organisation. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to financial planning strategies and ensure the effective management of our finances.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Contribute to financial planning and strategic decisions, helping to shape the future of our organisation.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the board, providing valuable insights into our financial performance.
  • Ensure financial compliance with statutory regulations, maintaining a strong focus on risk management.
  • Manage and lead the finance team, developing and motivating a high-performing team.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls, safeguarding our assets and protecting against potential risks.
  • Qualified to CIMA / ACCA PQ, demonstrating your expertise in financial management.
  • Experience in managing finance operations, showing your ability to handle complex financial tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes, ensuring our financial practices are compliant and up-to-date.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
