We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional who can generate leads, secure contracts, and develop innovative strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive New Business: Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze data to support our growth strategy.
  2. Promote Services: Create targeted plans to capture new opportunities, from prospect to close, and maintain accurate CRM records to forecast and track sales performance.
  3. Budget Management: Identify cost-saving measures within our customer base and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client goals and concerns effectively.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 4 in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in sales/business development in automotive, defence, or non-highway sectors.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
