GTS International Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team in Wellingborough. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, with a salary of up to £68K + Bonus.
We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional who can generate leads, secure contracts, and develop innovative strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, promoting services, and identifying profitable opportunities within our customer base.
- Drive New Business: Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze data to support our growth strategy.
- Promote Services: Create targeted plans to capture new opportunities, from prospect to close, and maintain accurate CRM records to forecast and track sales performance.
- Budget Management: Identify cost-saving measures within our customer base and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client goals and concerns effectively.
- NVQ Level 4 in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in sales/business development in automotive, defence, or non-highway sectors.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Competitive salary of up to £68K + Bonus.
