At Bright Horizons UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Campaign Lead to join our team.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue opportunities for our clients and target market audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Thought Leadership team to create campaign strategies that align with external influences.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Send team to plan and execute campaign schedules, email marketing design, output, and data.
  • Partner with the Content team to create messaging and stories for campaign narratives.
  • Work with the Creative team to develop campaign visuals, assets, and collateral.
  • Develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Client Relations Team and Sales team, to understand their key priorities and collaborate with colleagues in the US on ongoing campaign marketing efforts.

Essential Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in demand generation and customer marketing.
  • A collaborative approach, capable of meeting the needs of internal and external customers and understanding their requirements in alignment with business objectives.
  • A growth mindset, with a strong understanding of campaign strategy, design, and execution.
  • Visual literacy and creativity with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Adaptable and positive attitude towards change in a growing organization, with a drive to find ways to enhance sales and marketing campaign processes.
  • Campaign reporting, setting and reporting on key campaign metrics, interpreting campaign data to make recommendations for development.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office package.

Desired Skills:

  • Graduate-level qualification, preferably in a marketing discipline or relevant experience in a B2B Marketing role that can demonstrate campaign management both strategically and tactically.
