About the Business


ECW Search is partnering with a leading family-owned premium food and drink manufacturer to help them find a National Account Executive in their Foodservice/RTM team. This business has been growing at 10% year-over-year and continues to invest in manufacturing capacity, making it an exciting opportunity for a sales professional.



Key Responsibilities



  • Salary: £42,100 per annum, including £4,200 car allowance and 20% bonus
  • Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, and more
  • Pension auto-enrolment after 3 months' service (company contribution is 3%)
  • Flexible working arrangements, including one day per week in HQ in South East England


The Role


This new National Account Executive role will involve working closely with the RTM Lead across a diverse multi-category product portfolio in Foodservice/On-trade and Route-to-Market customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing long-term relationships, and delivering on joint business plans.

This family-owned business is in its fifth generation of ownership and has been selling top-quality products to the UK market since the 1800s. They have recently acquired multiple brands and are experiencing significant growth across all channels.



Your Background


We are looking for an experienced Account Executive or Sales Executive who has a background in food, hospitality, or on-trade sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and be open to challenging themselves and pushing for growth. FMCG experience is essential for this role.
