The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple channels of communication, responding to non-emergency calls, and dealing with various enquiries. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of policing procedures, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a public-facing environment. They will also possess excellent keyboard skills and be familiar with using computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high degree of resilience and adaptability. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting colleagues as needed and contributing to the overall success of the department.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career development and progression.
