About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Services Assistant to join our team in Colchester. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs and services.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in secretarial and bookkeeping skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and computer literacy. Your creative and compassionate nature, combined with your ability to work independently, will enable you to thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our operations team, including email management and data entry
  • Coordinating events and logistics, ensuring efficient delivery and timely completion
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, volunteers, and external partners

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. Working from home is an option, and this opportunity is available in Colchester.
