**Job Title:** Office Support Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £37,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team at All Land Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and bookkeeping functions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum AAT Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience and previous experience working as an Office Manager & Bookkeeper. They should also be proficient in using Xero accounting software and possess excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the office team, including answering telephone calls and emails, maintaining office stationery stock levels, and placing orders when required.
  • Managing customer and supplier accounts, keeping accurate profit and loss records, and investigating variances.
  • Working alongside external HR specialists to assist with recruitment and onboarding, ensuring company policies and procedures are kept up to date, and attending external HR webinars.
