About the Role:

The Store Projects & Construction Coordinator supports the Property team in coordinating and executing store projects, including relocations, minor works, pop-ups, and new store fit-outs, from concept to completion and maintenance. This role will work with the broader retail teams in Head Office and in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Administration:
    • Support with the day-to-day property department administration
    • Keep up to date on the shared property drive, ensuring documents of live projects and beyond are filed (including technical drawings, punch/snag lists, premise photos and design packs)
    • Support cross-functional teams with information requests relating to property projects
    • Monitor and schedule third-party suppliers and services
  • Project Management:
    • Report on the status of projects and flag issues, timeline concerns and challenges
    • Update Project Gantt Charts/Timelines
    • Update Project Budgets
    • Manage invoice coordination and processing
    • Support vendors/suppliers with any invoice queries
    • Monitor orders and deliveries relating to projects
    • Assist the Property Development Manager with ad-hoc requirements
  • Facilities:
    • Collaborate with Finance to set up (where required) and monitor all Store utilities.
    • Run monthly maintenance programme, including the twice-annual 'bulk' maintenance works.
    • Schedule all works relating to H&S requirements across all stores
    • Arrange access to stores for all third-party suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proficient IT skills, Google Sheets or Excel, Smart sheet/MS Project (or equivalent)
  • Communication skills
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Retail experience would be a bonus
