Job Summary:

CereCore is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in London, UK. The successful candidate will work as part of the Delivery Team on an EHR replacement programme, coordinating project work including preparation, tracking, and maintenance of project plans, resource plans, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans in Microsoft Project, including the breakdown of project work into manageable groups.
  • Work with project managers to develop project charters and ensure that charter and other deliverables and documents are produced and approved as required.
  • Store documents and deliverables in appropriate repositories.
  • Monitor overall project progress and update plans and status reports accordingly.
  • Write project status reports on required schedules, including progress updates and status of all issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have excellent organisation and time management abilities.
  • Experience in a similar position working on EPR implementation or replacement projects.
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office products, including MS Project, SharePoint, MS Lists, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
