About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Store Presentation Coordinator to join our EngineeringUK team. As a key member of our store presentation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are consistently presented to the highest standards, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the implementation of visual merchandising plans across all stores.
  • Work closely with our buying team to ensure effective product placement and merchandising strategies are in place.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in retail visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and display techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
