Key Account Manager

BMS Performance is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our range of ophthalmic IOLs into private businesses, building strong relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ophthalmic sales experience or Theatre sales experience
- Clinical understanding of IOL's, cataracts, or VR surgical procedures
- A personable character, commercial mindset, motivation, and determination
We offer a competitive salary of £55k, plus an estimated OTE of £20k + uncapped commission, taking your earnings up to £75k per annum. You will also receive a car allowance of £650 per month and a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days' holiday, healthcare, and pension.
