Customer Care Representative - UK - Bilingual German (or Swiss German) / English

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team in the UK. As a bilingual German (or Swiss German) and English speaker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer German-speaking customer queries and process incoming customer requests via phone and email management software.
  • Process customer orders using in-house system software.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to customers to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
  • Develop relationships with customers and build opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both oral and written English and German.
  • Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have a UK visa.
Work Schedule:

We offer a flexible work schedule with various shifts to accommodate your needs. Please note that this is a WFH role with typically 1 day per month in a modern integrated office in Cambridgeshire.
