We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic thinking HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team on our journey of improvement, to provide a service to a portfolio of Faculties and Corporate Services Departments. This role will play a critical part in developing and supporting the leadership of the Human Resources team.

A CIPD qualified HR professional, you will be experienced in providing strategic and operational HR advice/guidance at all levels. You will work in collaboration with senior managers and academic leaders to shape, guide, and support the planning and delivery of effective people practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert HR guidance to Faculty and Departmental Heads
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to meet business needs
  • Leading on staff engagement initiatives and benefits packages

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar HR Business Partner role
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
