Flexiblehrsolutions is a dynamic organisation seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Director of Human Capital Development. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human capital strategies to drive business success.

About the Position

As a Director of Human Capital Development, you will lead the development and execution of human capital plans, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management. You will work closely with our leadership team to create a high-performing workforce that aligns with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive human capital strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers to ensure the best talent is hired.
  • Create and implement employee development programs that enhance professional growth and leadership skills.
  • Establish clear career progression pathways and oversee the design of mentoring and coaching initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a robust performance management system to drive employee engagement and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, or HR (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with talent management software and HR systems.
