Senior Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in the not-for-profit sector.

Job Description
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business objectives, driving growth and success.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract top talent and enhance our organizational capabilities.
  4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of our people, fostering a positive work environment.
  5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and individual growth, ensuring accountability and recognition.
The Successful Applicant
  1. Possess a Level 5 CIPD qualification as a minimum, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in human resources.
  2. Have knowledge of HR systems and databases, enabling effective management and analysis.
