Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.

Middlemore is recruiting for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The role involves leading a team across HR Operations, Employee Experience, Compensation and Benefits, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the annual reward cycle and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
  • Managing compensation, benefits, and performance reward processes, including collaborating with partners on strategic initiatives.
  • Designing and delivering ad-hoc change projects to drive business improvement.
  • Providing exceptional leadership to the HR Operations and Reward teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Professional Services or Financial Services environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
