Experienced Children's Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's home in Medway Kent. Our home provides a stable, safe, and nurturing environment for children and young people to thrive. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. We are looking for a manager who will champion young people and create a culture of high aspirations for their views, care, and welfare.
As a Registered Manager, you will be supported by our Operations Director and other teams to provide exceptional levels of care. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who have come from adverse and traumatic backgrounds. We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £60,000, 28 days annual leave, and access to in-house therapeutic practitioners and employee assistance services.
