Children's Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our brand new 4-bed EBD home in Chatham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our young people
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our young people

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People qualification
  • Experience working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

What We Offer:
