Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Duty Manager for a children's home in Kent. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the home manager in maintaining high standards of care and ensuring the well-being of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a strong leadership style, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with vulnerable children. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the home manager in the daily running of the home
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Implementing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
- Collaborating with other teams to provide a comprehensive service
