Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Children's Home Manager to join our team at Daisy Nook Recruitment Ltd.
About the Role: As a Senior Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the physical resources of the home in line with legal, inspection, and registration guidelines. You will also establish, monitor, and evaluate clear child protection procedures within our client's service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the physical resources of the home in line with legal, inspection, and registration guidelines
* Establish, monitor, and evaluate clear child protection procedures within our client's service
* Liaise with social workers, schools, therapists, and other professionals as required
* Attend court and give evidence when appropriate
* Facilitate good practice in team management and team building
* Monitor and review clear procedures to care for children when they are ill
Requirements:
* Previous experience of managing an Ofsted regulated children's residential home
* Previous experience of working with children with behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour
* Driving licence
