Company Overview: Home Instead is a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. As a Community Engagement Professional, you will play a vital role in building relationships with community stakeholders and promoting our services to the local population.
Salary: £14,500 per annum (part-time, 22.5 hours).
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Community Engagement Professional to join our team in Medway and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing community and marketing initiatives aligned to Home Instead's mission and values. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing relationships with community stakeholders, including networking face-to-face, by phone, email, and video call.
- Maintaining a pipeline of opportunities through regular touchpoints with potential Referral Provider Network members.
- Delivering promotional activities to increase awareness of Home Instead's client services and employment opportunities in the local community.
- Building relationships with key RPNs, working to agreed targets, and maintaining regular communication to drive Client and Care Professionals enquiries.
- Planning and executing community marketing events, including attending fairs, exhibitions, recruitment events, and other relevant activities.

- A proven track record in successfully building strong relationships within a local community.
- Confident networking and public speaking abilities.
- Excellent marketing principles and digital media management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and demonstrate resilience.
