We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an SEN Teacher to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our education agency, you will work closely with schools and educational institutions to provide high-quality support services.

About the Job

As an SEN Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to work with children who require additional support due to complex needs, such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to manage varied classroom environments.

Your daily tasks may include supporting children individually or in small groups, managing classroom resources, and collaborating with teaching assistants to create engaging learning experiences. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of individualized education plans.

Requirements
  • A teaching qualification with QTS
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to purchase)
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will have access to professional development opportunities, competitive benefits packages, and a supportive work environment.
