UK Sales Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Forbury Property Valuation Solutions (UK) Ltd as a Sales Development Manager, driving the growth of our business in the UK and European markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities within the SMB Commercial Real Estate Owner and Advisory segments.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the UK and European markets
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities within the target market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome objections and achieve sales outcomes
- Leverage expertise to contribute suggestions to improve sales processes and provide insights at monthly reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience working in sales or partnerships capacity, preferably in Commercial Real Estate
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across various stakeholders
- Ability to pick up new concepts quickly and demonstrate financial literacy
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Compensation Package
- Estimated annual salary: £55,000 - £70,000
- Bonus and incentive plans available
