Job Overview
- Drive the UK Sales strategy across On-Trade, Off-Trade and RTM channels
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Sustain and foster internal and external relationships
- Motivate and grow sales teams; set targets and provide support as needed
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the UK market
- Regularly analyse sales data to report on sales performance and activities
- Stay ahead of market trends and competition
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve harmonious business growth
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in sales or a related field, preferably within food or drink
- Extensive knowledge of the UK On-Trade, Off-Trade, and RTM markets
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Able to proficiently analyse sales data and market trends
- Excellent reporting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- A strategic mindset focused on innovative growth strategies
