About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Partnership Manager to join our team at JBM. As Head of Partnerships/Sponsorships, you'll be responsible for forging strategic alliances that drive business growth.

In this 6-month, 2-3 days/week contract, you'll identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with values-aligned businesses. Your expertise will help craft compelling pitches and sponsorship packages, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective partners.

You'll work closely with our marketing, events, and program teams to drive results-driven initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Securing key sponsorships for JBM's accelerator programme
  • Negotiating and establishing strategic partnerships with like-minded businesses
  • Developing and delivering engaging presentations and proposals
  • Tracking performance and reporting on key metrics

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship management, business development, or sales within a related industry (e.g., non-profit, events, media, or tech)
  • Accelerator, incubator, or venture building experience is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset

Compensation Package
