This 13-month placement is an ideal stepping stone for those looking to build a career in business, particularly in the automotive industry. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to work on projects that drive innovation and improve customer experiences.

The role involves supporting Customer Team Managers by taking ownership of key project elements, identifying and solving customer pain points throughout the customer journey, researching and promoting new ideas, and developing insights to inform our strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Customer Team Managers in project delivery
  • Identifying and addressing customer pain points
  • Researching and promoting innovative ideas
  • Developing insights to inform our strategy
  • Creating customer insight reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or related field, with a strong academic record
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
