About This OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for managing essential administrative tasks, ensuring that customer accounts are handled with the utmost care and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate product databases for our commercial team, providing them with real-time information to make informed decisions.
- Process customer orders efficiently from start to finish, including receipt, stock availability checks, and invoicing.
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage claims for discrepancies, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to maintain product databases, process customer orders, and manage data and reports for our commercial team.
