Job Title: CAD Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CAD Design Specialist to join our team at Essential Recruitment. As a CAD Design Specialist, you will be responsible for using AutoCAD/Inventor to draw out products and map out designs in line with specifications.

The successful candidate will have experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing, with a strong understanding of technical drawings and documentation. You will work closely with production and other key stakeholders to ensure that all products meet the required standards.

This is a permanent role offering a competitive hourly salary of £25-30 per hour and the opportunity to progress and learn. The company also offers a bonus structure and 30 days holiday per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using AutoCAD/Inventor to create detailed technical drawings and designs
  • Liaising with production and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the factory
