The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Performance Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive online growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a performance marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives online growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing performance marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team members achieve their goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, to measure the effectiveness of our performance marketing efforts.
  • Channel Management: Manage and optimize our performance marketing channels, including paid social, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and trading, to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving online growth and customer acquisition.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to develop and track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
