The Role
The Paid Social Manager will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube. This role requires adept budget management and collaboration with creative teams to produce high-impact paid social initiatives aimed at maximizing ROI and customer acquisition. The manager will also evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
This position involves close collaboration with a Paid Social Executive, who will assist in the execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
· Crafting, presenting, and managing comprehensive multi-platform paid social strategies to enhance commercial success and brand visibility.
· Monitoring performance against objectives and driving ongoing strategic adjustments.
· Collaborating with the outreach team to optimize influencer recruitment and repurposing of paid social content.
· Continuously proposing enhancements for campaigns to meet established ROI benchmarks.
· Partnering with our in-house design team to create top-tier advertising assets.
· Coordinating effectively with broader marketing teams to ensure impactful delivery of paid social initiatives.
Required Skills:
· Expertise in Paid Social with a proven history of managing successful advertising campaigns for brands.
· Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive insights for performance improvement.
· A genuine passion for the beauty industry.
· A positive attitude with the ability to inspire and elevate team members.
