Paid Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team at eComplete. As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive commercial performance and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, pitch, and manage multi-platform paid social plans to drive commercial performance and brand growth.
- Report performance vs target and drive continuous strategy change.
- Work collaboratively with our outreach team to optimise the recruitment of influencer assets and paid social repurposing.
- Continuously suggest optimisations for campaigns to agreed ROI targets.
- Work with our in-house design team to deliver best-in-class assets.
- Work effectively with wider marketing teams to ensure paid social plans are delivered impactfully.
- An expert in Paid Social, proven track record of managing paid activity for brand(s)
- Experience working with Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Confident analysing large data sets and drawing insights to improve performance
- Passionate and interested in the beauty sector
- Positive in nature, able to both develop and get the best out of those around them
- Ability to think both creatively and commercially
