The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and pitch multi-platform paid social plans to drive commercial performance and brand growth.
  • Report performance vs target and drive continuous strategy change.
  • Work collaboratively with our outreach team to optimize the recruitment of influencer assets and paid social repurposing.
  • Continuously suggest optimizations for campaigns to agreed ROI targets.
  • Work effectively with our in-house design team to deliver best-in-class assets.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing teams to ensure paid social plans are delivered impactfully.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Paid Social, proven track record of managing paid activity for brands.
  • Experience working with Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and draw insights to improve performance.
  • Passion for the beauty sector.
  • Positive attitude, able to develop and get the best out of those around them.
  • Ability to think creatively and commercially.
