The Role
The Social Media Influencer Coordinator will assist the Executive and Manager in executing impactful influencer marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some background in influencer relations. The Coordinator will engage in live sessions on TikTok, manage product gifting, and establish partnerships, necessitating a genuine passion for the beauty sector, an active presence on social media, and a solid grasp of influencers in the beauty domain as well as broader Gen Z trends.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the amplification of influencer-generated content across various digital and social marketing channels to optimize talent investments.
· Contribute innovative ideas to enhance growth in influencer marketing, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the beauty and social media landscape.
· Manage the posting of organic content across all social media platforms.
· Assist in the creation, evaluation, and maintenance of media and influencer marketing lists, activating monthly outreach initiatives for key campaigns.
· Develop a contact list for regular product gifting in exchange for promotional posts, collaborating with the existing team to achieve this.
Required Skills:
· Comprehensive knowledge of influencer marketing trends within the UK beauty sector, including cultural shifts and influencer demographics.
· Proficient understanding of major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, along with emerging platforms.
· Strong enthusiasm for the beauty industry and/or fashion and lifestyle sectors.
· Comfortable and confident in participating in live sessions on TikTok.
