The Role

The Paid Social Manager will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube. This role involves managing significant budgets and collaborating with creative teams to produce high-impact paid social campaigns aimed at maximizing ROI and enhancing customer acquisition. The Paid Social Manager will also evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.

This position will work closely with a Paid Social Executive, who will assist in the implementation of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

· Formulating, presenting, and managing comprehensive paid social strategies to boost commercial success and brand expansion.

· Analyzing performance metrics against targets and driving ongoing strategic adjustments.

· Collaborating with the outreach team to enhance the recruitment of influencer partnerships and optimize paid social content.

· Continuously proposing campaign optimizations to meet established ROI objectives.

· Partnering with our in-house design team to create top-tier marketing assets.

· Coordinating effectively with broader marketing teams to ensure impactful delivery of paid social initiatives.

Required Skills:

· Expertise in Paid Social with a proven history of managing successful advertising campaigns.

· Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets to enhance performance.

· A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

· A positive attitude with the ability to inspire and develop those around them.
