About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Telesales Supervisor to lead our South West telesales team across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales performance, accurately processing customer information, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of telesales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
