- Prepare, produce, and present service solutions via proposals, costings, digital and other methods.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with the Commercial Growth Marketing Manager to develop sales plans and market research.
- Contribute to the development of communications collateral and utilise an integrated approach to digital and social media.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Produce reports, presentations, and lead or attend business meetings as directed.
- Technical Skills
- High-quality IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, cloud-based CRM, digital marketing, and social selling applications.
- Experience with social and network selling methods using B2B platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Industry Experience
- Several years of experience in the integrated facilities management service or waste management sector.
- Business Acumen
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets using a structured sales approach.
- Experience in lead generation using telesales and digital methods.
- Proficiency in using a modern CRM system for pipeline and key account management.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at executive levels.
- Strong management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Competitive Salary and Benefits
- Annual Salary: £38,000 + OTE of an extra £2k per quarter for the first year, can earn more as is uncapped + company car or car allowance.
