Telesales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Consultant to join our team at CCP. As a Telesales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our client's life insurance sales team by reaching out to warm leads and offering a range of suitable insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer outcomes that meet the Consumer Duty standards.
- Maximize the potential of every lead received and overcome objections in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct comprehensive questioning with each client to ensure the correct product is presented.
- Maintain a high standard of compliance and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of business and work towards achieving targets set by the line manager.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met.
- Utilize calling technology to reach a minimum of 4 hours of call time per day.
- Represent the business in a polite and respectful manner, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Work towards personal goals and ambitions set in 1-2-1 meetings, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
- A competitive basic salary of £30,000, with the potential to earn up to £45,000 in the first year.
- 22 days annual leave, rising to 25 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
- A 9-day fortnight, with a 3-day weekend every other week.

- Proven ability to fact find in detail, ensuring customer needs are fully established and met.
- Demonstrable success in closing sales, adhering to a sales process and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic IT ability and experience of sales processes, with insurance knowledge being desirable.
- Experience of working successfully in a fast-paced, targeted, and regulated telephone sales B2C environment.
- Previous experience of working in a well-managed, buzzing, and organized sales environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to work as a team player, achieving individual success while contributing to the overall goals of the team.
- Demonstrable success in a high-volume-based telephone sales role, following a structured sales process.
- Proven experience of consultative sales processes, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
