About the role
Business development:
This is not an environment of endless, high-volume telesales; we value quality over quantity, but you will be expected to convert new clients on a monthly basis.
Increasing existing revenue and ensuring great service through building strong relationships with our clients, employees and colleagues.Regularly visiting clients to win new business and build relationships
Recruitment, phone screening and face-to-face interviewing of candidates
The right candidate
Experience within any commercial sector would be highly advantageous - you do not need previous recruitment experience, but a desire to succeed as a recruitment consultant is key
Must be driven by results and target motivated.
Strong customer focus and a desire to always deliver a quality service
Excellent communication skills - face-to-face, written and on the telephone.
Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Regular client visits will be necessary, so a full UK driving licence is required
