Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

Mara Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle, bringing on board new clients, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the entire interview process.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
- Process Management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to completion, including arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, providing feedback, and closing deals.
- Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and utilizing various databases and online platforms to identify top talent.
- Market Intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and staying up-to-date with market news and trends.
- A degree is desirable but not essential.
- Sales experience is ideal, particularly in industries such as car sales, estate agency, door-to-door sales, telesales, B2B, or B2C.
- Financially motivated and ambitious individuals who are driven to succeed.
- Sociable and outgoing personalities who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
