About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Mara Talent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to successful placement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Actively network with industry professionals, market map, and utilize various databases and online platforms to identify top talent.
  • Generate leads through interactions with industry experts and stay up-to-date with market news and trends.

Requirements
  • 6+ months of sales experience, preferably in a sales-related field such as car sales, estate agency, door-to-door sales, telesales, B2B, or B2C.
