Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle, bringing on board new clients, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the entire interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
- Process Management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion, including arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media to stay ahead of the competition.
- Market Intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and staying up-to-date with market news to provide valuable insights to our clients.
Requirements
- A degree is desirable but not essential.
- Sales experience is ideal, particularly in industries such as car sales, estate agency, door-to-door sales, telesales, B2B, or B2C.
- Financially motivated and ambitious individuals who are driven to succeed.
- Sociable and outgoing personalities who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
